Prakash is the Managing Director of Clasis LLC and a Partner at Clyde & Co in the Singapore office. He focuses on dispute resolution and international commercial arbitration across a multitude of sectors, including corporate, commercial, insolvency, trade and commodities, construction and engineering, and employment sectors. He has appeared before various arbitral tribunals in both ad-hoc arbitrations and arbitrations governed by the leading institutional rules. As managing director of Clasis LLC, he also represents clients in commercial litigation matters before the Singapore Courts.

Thomas is a Director of Clasis LLC and Managing Partner of Clyde & Co’s Singapore office. He leads the Corporate and Employment Practices in Singapore with a focus on regional M&A (including VC and PE), insurance and TMT regulatory matters, corporate finance and employment matters. He also leads the Corporate Secretarial practices in Asia. Thomas is also a Notary Public and a Commissioner for Oaths and is admitted as a solicitor in both Singapore and England & Wales.

Thomas is active on cross border corporate and private equity / venture capital transactions across South East Asia and China and works for a wide range of clients with a particular focus on the Technology, Education, Private Equity / Venture Capital, Marine, Insurance and Healthcare sectors.

Often working across multiple jurisdictions, Thomas advises on a full range of corporate transactions with a particular focus on complex mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, trade sales and competitive bids, joint ventures, corporate restructuring and financing. He has advised clients on significant high-profile asset and business acquisitions and disposals, and innovative operating and financing arrangements. Nicholas Lum, Director

Nicholas is a Director of Clasis LLC and a Partner at Clyde & Co in the Singapore and Shanghai offices. Nicholas specialises in China cross-border dispute resolution efforts. He frequently advises and represents clients in international and local arbitrations conducted under various institutional and ad-hoc arbitration rules including those of SIAC, HKIAC, LCIA, LMAA, CIETAC, ICC and UNCITRAL. Nicholas also has extensive experience in advising on issues relating to the enforcement of Court judgments and arbitral award in various jurisdictions across Asia and Europe. Nicholas is a member of the Procedure and Promotion Committees for Singapore Chamber of Maritime Arbitration (SCMA). Eugene is a Director of Clasis LLC and a Partner at Clyde & Co in the Singapore office. Eugene’s practice focuses on contentious infrastructure, engineering and construction-related matters. His experience encompasses dispute resolution and transactional/advisory work. His clients include owners, consultants and contractors. He has represented clients in matters involving FIDIC, PSSCOC SIA and REDAS forms of contract.

Junxiang is a Director at Clasis LLC, Singapore. Junxiang’s main areas of practice are litigation and arbitration disputes, with a focus on shareholder disputes, employment, financial fraud, and regulatory investigations. Junxiang has advised and represented corporations, directors and individuals in numerous high value, complex disputes, and appeared before all levels of the Singapore Courts. His matters frequently involve issues relating to alleged breaches of director’s duties, employment contracts, and professional liability.

He has advised and represented forensic accountants, the Singapore Stock Exchange and the Singapore government in forensic investigations into suspected cases of commercial fraud, accounting irregularities and breaches of listing regulations. He has also worked with specialists in the fields of private investigations and computer forensics to trace and recover assets in difficult jurisdictions.

Junxiang’s practice also extends to corporate insolvencies and restructuring.
