- An overview of considerations for investigations in respect of (i) cross-border transfers of personal data; and (ii) use of personal data, including collection and processing;
- These considerations will be illustrated through internal investigation case studies, which will encompass multiple jurisdictions within the region;

- Dealing with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators.
